Value for money
A mall was barely 800 meters away, with Supermarket(Checker Hyper),restuarant,etc.
Modest Shower had very hot that exceeded my expectations
Lack of wardrobe or something similar for hanging clothes
Location was 50/50 and could have been rated higher, but the noise from the traffic the whole night was quite disturbing

It's clean, No noise from the inside
-Sharing facilities with more than 2 guests is sometimes uncomfortable if you have a guest that doesn't like lot of people. But I guess there's a better option (more private).
-area is noisy from outside motorists since it's nearby the road. But not too bad. Usually settles afternoons until mid morning.
