Location of beachcombers cabin was relaxing within a lovely secluded spot very close to Loch meltfort. Lovely picturesque walks made our family stay very enjoyable. Perfect setting for our labradoodle who loved the cabin and freedom to explore the garden and shoreline. The cabin was well equipped with essentials and spacious for the whole family. We loved the log burner and used it each night when we arrived back at the cabin.
We had some initial issues getting showers to produce hot water. Problem was quickly fixed by the maintenance team. We couldn't figure out how to use the radiators in main living space and bedrooms (the knobs didn't seem to turn radiators on). We loved the cabin, however, overdue maintenance/freshening up inside and out would really make this an exceptional stay for future visitors. Garden lovely but a bit over grown and sea view no longer available from the cabin as shown in the online photos. With some TLC the garden would look fantastic and really bring to life the surrounding area to the cabin.
