Travel cot, highchair and stairgates. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Covered sitting out area. Garden with picnic bench. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Completed in 2023, Tulamain is an inviting three-bedroom house which offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and outside space, ensuring a delightful stay for families or groups of friends. One bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor adjacent to a fully accessible shower room.

Tulamain is located 50 yards from a branch of Loch Craignish with views across and down the lagoon through the islands. Upon entering, you are greeted by a tastefully furnished cosy open-plan living space. The wood-burning stove creates an ideal setting for relaxation and camaraderie. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary enthusiasts to whip up delightful meals. The dining area provides a perfect spot to savour them whilst taking in the stunning vistas through large windows and the patio doors which lead out to the garden.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, each thoughtfully decorated for a restful night’s sleep, both of which can be a super kingsize or 3ft twins. There is also a trundle bed if a third person wishes to sleep in bedroom 2.

The cottage’s design ensures that every guest can enjoy the captivating scenery that Ardfern has to offer. Outside, a private garden invites you to soak up the fresh Scottish air whilst enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding beauty. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee watching the seabirds on the lagoon, or stargazing (no street lights) from the garden in the evening, the outdoor spaces provide an enchanting backdrop for your holiday.

Beyond the comfort of the cottage, Ardfern and its surroundings offer a wealth of activities to explore. Nature enthusiasts can embark on scenic walks or hikes, discovering the region’s diverse flora and fauna. For those with a penchant for water adventures, it is a popular area for sailing, kayaking and boat excursions. There is also a riding stable near Ardfern. History buffs will find themselves captivated by the local historical sites, such as Carnasserie Castle and Kilmartin Glen, which boasts ancient standing stones and medieval ruins.
