Spaciousness, facilities, nice view, communication was good, very responsive,
Their willingness to refund some of the money for the discomfort.
The linen and towels which were not available on the first day. It's better to make a list of items in the unit so that guests are aware of what is there in case of damages. No hot water in the scullery and one of the bedrooms.

The location was great and the house was spacious and well located. It's got a lovely view of the lagoon from a deck.
The geyser in the one downstairs bathroom did not work on arrival. It was however sorted out to during our stay.
