The Joneses

The Joneses has an excellent central location, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The hosts were very accommodating, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, with fast and reliable communication. The apartment is spacious and includes both a terrace and a balcony. While some of the furnishings are a little dated, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was pleasant. The outdoor area is small but lovely, featuring a pool and braai area that creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Unfortunately, there were extensive renovation works taking place during our stay. Construction noise, including hammering, drilling, and sanding, started early in the morning and continued throughout the day, making it impossible to sleep in or fully relax. In addition, workers regularly walked past the front and back of the unit, which reduced our sense of privacy. The kitchen was less well-equipped than expected, and some of the cupboards had a musty smell. The TV was also not working during our stay. Overall, the location and hospitality were excellent.

There was only one thing and it's a personal preference, but the bed was far too hard for us.
