Very well appointed and newly renovated upmarket apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, large covered balcony and built in braai. Back door opens to a shared pool.
Building site next door with grinding and drilling from 8-5! Also noisy due to nearby roads. Should advise people of the building works in advance.
Needs an air conditioner. There is a fan but it’s noisy and screeches in the night. No air flow in the flat as both front and back doors must stay closed at night.

good location and the bed is fine.
when you enter the room, at a first look it looks clean and nice but once you spend some time in there you notice it’s not as clean as it should be. in all corners there’s dirt, it feels like they only do fast cleaning and never a deep clean.
