Perfect location, all the odd numbers on the road mean the houses faces the sea and have direct beach access. No 33 meets/exceeds these parameters! No noise from traffic, just the waves bursting on the beach, silence and it’s a 20 yard walk to the sandy beach which stretched far and was good for a 30 minute walk!
The House Manager, Grace, was outstanding, on the ball, everything done with a smile! Linen changed every three days towels every second day. Any issue or question answered immediately, this made our stay a real joy!
Our owner/host Dean was charming, he helped with information about where to eat, golf and a local family farmers market which we would otherwise have missed. Whilst we were there we were shown each of the suites, one glorious with 3 bedrooms and a private patio and small pool. Everything was top specification.
The garden attracted a range of birds.The added side show was a constant stream of hang gliders who took off from the hill above the N2 highway and using the onshore winds and vectors and made their way down to the beach then did it all over again, a great spectacle!
For us after nearly a month in different parts of SA this was our safe haven. We wanted for nothing!

Location, view and the bed
Furniture was outdated, outside couches was dirty. Toilet was dirty. Fridge was a bit rusted and no kitchen towels were provided.
