About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house in Lourmarin for rent; it has a floor area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a 50 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

On the ground floor:
- The main entrance leads directly to a staircase fitted with a handrail and an electric stairlift providing access to the first-floor rooms
On the first floor:
- A 50 m² living area with a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double sofa bed and a study area, as well as access to the terrace.
- Lounge and TV area
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 20 m² north-facing terrace, furnished and equipped with a barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 10 m² north-facing balcony, offering views of the countryside
For added comfort, the property features an electric stairlift, a luggage storage area and a well-stocked library available to guests.
The house is ideally situated in Lourmarin, a picturesque village in the Vaucluse officially listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, in very pleasant surroundings. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
