Former winery, Justin's countryside located today in the middle of a field of olive trees, without vis-à-vis, in the commune of Lourmarin near the village (10 min walk) offers all the comforts of a modern house.
This two-storey house (130 m²) which was completely restored at the beginning of 2023, rated 3 stars by Atout France, is composed on the first floor of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a lounge area with TV and access to international channels, a bedroom with 160 cm sleeping space and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
Upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom with 160 cm sleeping, an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine complete this level.
Note a mezzanine with library and sofa, all the bedrooms being equipped with a dressing room and bedside tables. The bedding and appliances are new.
An inner courtyard sheltered from the wind and 2 awnings as well as a secure swimming pool (3.5m x7 m with 1m.40 deep) and a pool enclosure of 20 m².
Justin's countryside is located on a property with a total area of 3 and a half hectares and offers a wooded landscape with a view of the Luberon and a calm conducive to rest. This country house is an ideal accommodation for family holidays and for the discovery of the many small villages of the Luberon (Gordes, Roussillon, L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue...)
The accommodations are located 30 minutes by car from Aix-en-Provence, 1 hour from Marseille and Avignon.
