Located just about 200 meters from the dike and in a quiet residential complex, the house offers the ideal setting for relaxing days by the North Sea; a bakery, supermarket, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
With about 80 m² of living space, you’ll find a lovingly furnished vacation home with plenty of room to relax. On the first floor is the spacious living and dining area with a cozy seating area, a smart TV, and a radio with CD and MP3 players. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, opens directly onto the dining area and offers a beautiful view of the patio and the well-maintained garden.
Also on the first floor is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A special highlight here is the sauna with two benches. There is also a small bedroom here with a single bed. The stairs lead up to the attic, where two more bedrooms await you: one with a double bed, an additional cot, and a balcony, and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a second restroom and a washing machine here.
Surrounded by hedges, the garden is a peaceful oasis of well-being that invites you to linger—whether enjoying breakfast on the terrace or winding down at the end of a relaxing day. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking spaces and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbor to the outer harbor and the beach.

The climatic health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including age 3.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
