Tillmann Vacation Home – Relax in a stylish wooden setting near the dike
The high-quality, tastefully furnished Tillmann vacation home, featuring plenty of wood, offers approximately 90 m² of living space and is located just a few minutes’ walk from the dike. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living area that flows seamlessly into the open kitchen with its inviting seating area. The partially fenced-in garden with a patio is perfect for relaxing outdoors. A TV and a hi-fi system in the living area provide entertainment.
From the hallway, you can also access a large bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds—both equipped with closets—as well as the modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed, a spacious closet, its own TV, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. A cozy reading nook ensures you’ll have a pleasant time here even on rainy days.
The vacation home also includes a lockable bike shed where you can securely store your bikes. Large windows and the patio door let plenty of natural light into the house, but can be darkened with roller shades if needed. Experience Hooksiel—Charm, beach, and action
Hooksiel’s charming town center invites you to stroll through its picturesque pedestrian zone, shops, and restaurants, while a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery at the town entrance offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking spaces and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbor to the outer harbor and the beach.

The climatic health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including age 3.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
- Crib/travel crib: €0.00 one-time fee
- High chair: €0.00 one-time fee
- Dog: €0.00 one-time fee
- Bed linens: 18.00 € one-time fee
