Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und hell. Betten sind bequem und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
In der Beschreibung auf Booking.com war nicht ausreichend angegeben, dass keine Bettwäsche und keine Handtücher vorhanden sind. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber: Balkonmöbel total verdreckt, Küchenschränke unter dem Geschirr auch schmutzig. Bei der Kaffeemaschine fehlt die Kanne. Der Holzboden auf der Terrasse war morsch, einige Bretter durchgebrochen. Gefährlich: an den Schrauben auf dem Boden des Balkons schneidet man sich die Füße auf.
