Zimmer Größe und Ausstattung (gerade die Küche) sehr gut
Das die Heizung lange braucht um die Räume aufzuheizen. Einzelne Stellen im Haus sind Renovierungsbedürftig ( Tapete löst sich von der Wand)

Küche war top Wohnzimmer war top Terrasse auch gut War alles da was benötigt wurde
Direkt auf gefallen war das es schon lange eine rund um Sanierung benötigt. Durch andere Haustiere und Kinder haben die Wände sehr gelitten. Auf Grund einer Glaseinfassung gab es nur teilweise Privatsphäre im Badezimmer und in einem Schlafzimmer gar keine. Die Nachbarn sind teilweise Katastrophe da man am besten nur da schläft und nie da ist da es nur für Rentner geeignet ist. Selbst grillen ist nur erlaubt wenn beide Seiten zu stimmen. So wie geschrieben ein Willkommenstablett und Kaffee gab es nicht. Und das man direkt per Videokamera überwacht wird da sie auf Bewegung reagiert. Keine Aufklärung was mit den Aufzeichnungen passiert und wer sie sieht wurde nicht gesagt. Und den Backofen sollte man auslassen da es sonst teilweise Stromausfall gibt in der Wohnung.
