The room was clean. You had everything that you need for your stay. One big advantage it was that the apartment is near to the bus station, and from there you can take it to go to the Nord-Sea Passage or city center. Another advantage it was that kitchen has everything, including also a oven. Even if we travel at the end of April, it was cold, but they had also a heating system and you have the possibility to switch on.

stark quietschende Balkontür ( beim Öffnen und schließen ), im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Sitzmöglichkeit, mit 4 Personen auf einer 3 Sitzplatzcouch ist nicht so toll einer muss immer auf den Küchen oder Klappstuhl der hinter der Tür steht., Parkplatz sehr eng,wenn alle Ferienwohnungen belegt.

Die Lage und Einfachheit der modernen Wohnung. Ebenfalls waren alle Dinge zu 90% funktionsfähig. Es war alles sehr sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet.
Es gab defekte und fehlende Dinge, welche sehr von Nutzen und/ oder komfortabel gewesen wären.. Die Wohnung ist auf das Minimalste ausgestattet und die gebührenpflichtigen Hinweise auf nicht erbrachte Leistungen seitens der Gäste runden das Ganze im negativen Sinne ab.
