About this house rental
Our sunny holiday house with terrace is comfortably furnished.

The ground floor is the living / dining room, the separate kitchen and a guest toilet (with window), which is equipped with washing machine. Furthermore, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed and cot, the other 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and sep. Tub (with window). The 3. Bedroom is in the attic (queen bed, open sleeping gallery).
The two bedrooms on the first floor can be completely darkened.
The kitchen has electric stove with oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The living / dining room is equipped with a leather couch. A dining area and a highchair are at your disposal.
Our guests have free Wi-Fi access (password protected, prerequisite for use: signed by the tenant user agreement!).
The garden has a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Bed linen and towels and tea towels are to be brought. But can also be rented for a fee:
From now on we also offer bed linen and towels for a total of 15, - € per person for rent per stay. This includes bed linen, fitted sheets, two towels and a bath towel. As well as 2 tea towels per booking. Also baby bedding is available.
The price is for up to 4 people. 5th Person 5, € per night in addition.
There is a parking space available for your car at the house. The possibility to bring a dog is only by arrangement and not in high season.
Please note that during the holiday periods we are only available from Sat-Sat. rent.

Wir hatten wieder eine super Woche - 2 Erw. / 2 Kinder / 1 Hund. Wir haben uns in der Osterwoche wieder sehr wohl gefühlt … waren jeden Tag am Meer und haben die Nordsee/-Luft wieder sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt optimal für Spaziergänge in den Ort oder am Deich entlang. Ostern 2023 ist schon gebucht ☺️

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Hooksiel verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Es ist alles vorhanden im Haus und man kann sich wirklich wohl fühlen. Wir waren sehr überrascht, wie gut wir in den Betten geschlafen haben, was nicht so selbstverständlich ist. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße und war aufgrund der geringen Größe (70qm) gemütlich.
Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber mit allem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet. Stauraum für Lebensmittel ist eigentlich nicht vorhanden und der Kühlschrank ist für 6 Personen recht knapp dimensioniert.
Der Wohn-Essbereich ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Wanne ausgestattet und angenehm groß.
Im Gäste-WC befindet sich noch eine voll funktionstüchtige Waschmaschine.
Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist groß, das gegenüberliegende Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten ist da schon eine Ecke kleiner.
Die offene Schlafkammer unter dem Dach ist sehr hellhörig. Man hat dort keine Privatsphäre.
Die gut dimensionierte Terrasse war mit Sitzgelegenheiten (mit Auflagen) und einem Tisch ausgestattet.
Im daran anschließenden sehr kleinen Garten befindet sich noch ein Gartenhaus und weisser Kiesel war als Bodendecker ausgelegt.
Negativ:
Die Schlafkammer (offener Raum) im Dachgeschoss war nicht gereinigt! Kaugummi- und Bonbonpapier sowie benutzte Servietten und eine leere Kinoflasche lagen dort zwischen Staubflatschen herum.
Der Raum konnte so nicht genutzt werden und wurde von uns gereinigt.
Der (Laminat?)-boden im EG und 1. Geschoss knarrt laut bei jedem Schritt.
