On the first floor, you’ll find an open living area with a cozy sitting area, a modern kitchen with an adjoining dining area, as well as a guest restroom and a practical utility room.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable double beds. A modern bathroom with a large shower rounds out the living space.

The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the rental company upon request for a separate fee:
