Tillmann Vacation Home – Relax in a Charming Wood-Toned Setting Near the Levee
The high-quality Tillmann vacation home, lovingly designed with plenty of wood, offers approximately 75 m² of living space and is located just a few minutes’ walk from the levee. On the first floor, the hallway leads to the new, fully equipped kitchen, the exclusive bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and the inviting living room. The living area is bright, welcoming, and features a spacious dining area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay.
Satellite TV and a hi-fi system provide entertainment, while the cozy cast-iron stove, in addition to the central heating, ensures cozy warmth. A washer and dryer are also available. Large windows and the patio door let in plenty of natural light and offer a view of the sunny southwest-facing patio and the well-maintained, fenced-in garden. The charming town center of Hooksiel invites you to stroll through its picturesque pedestrian zone, shops, and restaurants, while a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery at the town entrance offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beach, located about 3 km away, is equipped with parking spaces and beach chairs, and water skiing at the Hooksiel ski terraces provides plenty of action, while beautiful hiking and biking trails lead from the old harbor to the outer harbor and the beach.

The climatic health resort of Hooksiel (Zone 1) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, age, and length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding rates can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the visitor’s tax:
a) Children up to and including age 3.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduction in earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependent on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official disability certificate, are completely dependent on constant assistance.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
- Crib/travel crib: €0.00 one-time fee
