The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building and features bright, welcoming, and modern furnishings. The spacious living room with a cozy sleeper sofa is perfect for relaxing evenings—ideal for spending time together after an eventful day.
A sliding door separates the living room from the adjoining bedroom, which features a comfortable double bed for restful nights.
From the bedroom, you can step out onto the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the green meadows and the peaceful surroundings —a perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or simply to unwind.
The modern kitchenette, which opens off the living room, offers everything you need for self-catering.

Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, per vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your reservation, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
