"Boje" Vacation Rental – Small, Charming, and Full of That Vacation Feeling
Step inside the cozy "Boje" vacation rental—your temporary home away from home. The approximately 40 m² apartment, which accommodates up to four people and your dog, is located on the first floor of an apartment building and welcomes you with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Even the small entryway welcomes you and offers space for shoes and a coat rack—perfect for settling in and switching straight into vacation mode.
From here, you enter the bright living room, whose large windows flood the space with light. When the sun shines in, you immediately get that special feeling of vacation and lightheartedness. A cozy sofa and an armchair invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the TV—whether after a long walk on the beach or an eventful day.
Right next door is the dining area, the perfect spot for shared meals, game nights, or long conversations. Here, you’re always right in the middle of the action and can enjoy spending time together.
From the living room, you can access the small, charming bedroom. The 160 × 200 cm bed with two single mattresses ensures a restful night’s sleep. Despite its compact size, the room also has space for a closet. A small window lets in soft natural light—here, you’ll sleep in a space that’s small but cozy.
The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a dresser—ideal for children or additional guests. The window can be darkened with an exterior roller shutter, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep.
The small, practical kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals while on vacation.
The modern, tiled bathroom offers plenty of space for your morning routine and a relaxing start to the day.
A special highlight is the spacious, covered balcony. Here you can enjoy the sun, have a leisurely breakfast, or wind down the evening with a glass of wine. On hot days, an awning provides pleasant shade.

Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large bath towel, 1 small hand towel, as well as—per vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked)—1 bath mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.
The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is collected and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as laundry packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
