Blue Dragonfly – a hilltop home above the ocean, opened to light, breeze and endless views.
Our home, inspired by the artistry of nature, is located in one of Guanacaste’s most sought-after areas, just a 5-minute drive from several beautiful beaches, close to national parks, and only 20 minutes from Liberia International Airport.
The property is part of a gated community with 24/7 security, offering ocean views from every room. One of the highlights of staying here is the breathtaking light — sunrises and sunsets paint the sky with vibrant colors, which inspired the entire design concept of the house.
The house features an infinity swimming pool with a counter-current system and panoramic views, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and baking. Nearby, you’ll find well-stocked supermarkets at standard Costa Rican prices, making it easy to combine dining out with home-cooked meals.
Blue Dragonfly is not an anonymous investment property. It is an authentic, artist-designed home for friends, created by a visual artist who developed the entire aesthetic concept—from wallpapers and materials to the smallest details. The result is a home with a distinct personality and character, set apart from typical vacation rentals.
Due to its hilltop location and the open-edge infinity pool, this home is not suitable for families with very young children without constant supervision.
The house includes a two-car garage; additional parking for two more vehicles is available on the property in front of the garage.
No additional services are included in the rental price. For longer stays, we can arrange cleaning through a local private provider; payment is made directly to them on site.
