Welcome to paradise with stunning unobstructed views and sunsets!
Upscale Casa Williams is conveniently located in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, only a half hour drive from the Liberia International Airport. Nestled on the hillside of the private gated community of Hermosa Heights you are just a couple minutes drive away (or 15 minute walk from the base of the hillside) from the world-famous “Blue Flag" award-winning Hermosa Beach where you will find restaurants and bars of fine quality.
Experience pure luxury in your single level home high on the hillside, as you walk onto the covered veranda with an outdoor shower and notice a unique whirlpool flowing into an infinity edge pool which further flows into a sun shelf (2 immersed seats) at the front, overlooking incredible views of the Gulf de Papagayo and Pacific Ocean.
Walk into the large Great Room and the beautiful fully equipped gourmet kitchen just waiting for that dinner party you imagined in your dreams. In the living area, notice the 40” big screen television and the finest of contemporary furnishings as you make your way into the bedrooms.
There are 2 primary bedrooms which are both at the front with gorgeous OCEAN VIEWS, 3pc ensuites, King size beds, 32” plasma televisions and the finest of furnishings. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds, just perfect for 4 guests and the 4th bedroom has a single queen bed. There’s also a 3pc main bath and the large laundry area is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer and lots of open space.
For activities, take advantage of your community facilities at the base of the hillside, which has a large pool with water slide, mini golf, basketball court, theater with current movies and games arcade. For the adventurer, there are many nearby activities such as jet skiing, boating, fishing, sailing, kayaking or book an amazing guided tour.
Less than 5 minutes away by car are a variety of dining experiences, gift shops, as well as a small but well-stocked grocery and liquor store.
A 10-minute drive is the beach town of Playas del Coco which has large grocery stores, banks, medical clinic, wonderful restaurants and entertainment. The retail markets are superb and filled with much excitement and gratitude of the Costa Rican people.
Enjoy spending time by your pool and seeing some of the most beautiful birds of Costa Rica and listen to our ever-popular howler monkeys. Finish your day with a cocktail on the veranda, while watching an unforgettable Costa Rican sunset and dream of the sunrise waiting for you the next morning at Casa William's.

Great place to stay! We call it the “fancy house” - incredible view, pool was beautiful, lots of bird visits. We had 9 people stay and it worked out perfectly. Thanks for being so helpful, Corby! Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place at which to stay. Large open area, private bedrooms and washrooms.Pool was wonderful after a day of touring. It lives up to it's listing. 6 of us had a great stay.Thanks Corby!

We had such a lovely stay here. Playa Hermosa was a great beach, but honestly the view from our own pool was so lovely that we just enjoyed it from there.

The property is beautiful and the views, spectacular. We have not completed our stay, but already feel completely relaxed. We have never rented a home in a sun destination, and at times find ourselves extremely isolated here, but that can also be a good thing. We just need to learn to relax more!
Car rental is a must, with a confident driver to maneuver these hills. Playa Hermosa beach is a 5-10 minute drive, and the beach is okay (nice, but not the best beach I’ve ever seen), and there is no shade. We will try another beach later this week. The kitchen is well equipped, just missing a kettle. The bedrooms are comfortable., as are the bathrooms, with plenty of bath linens. There could be more seats around the tv, but we aren’t really spending much time around the tv anyway! The deck and pool are gorgeous, and shaded for the morning and part of the afternoon. Then it gets super hot! Could use another couple loungers as there are six of us and only 4 loungers.
Lastly, the weather here has been perfect, Corby has been excellent at managing our stay, and Josh at Tico tours helped us plan a perfect excursion (Palo Verde).
All in all, would definitely recommend for a relaxing, beautiful home to rent in peaceful paradise.
