About this house rental
Our villa is perfectly suited for both large groups and families with multiple sleeping/bedroom arrangements on multiple levels allowing both community and privacy for all guests. Each room is named after an animal which is native to Costa Rica and delineated outside its door with native Costa Rican art.
The main floor features 2 beautiful bedrooms which each have an ocean view and their own bathrooms en suite. The Sloth Room offers a Queen size bed as well as private patio access. The Turtle Room offers a King size bed as well as a private office space and small balcony.
Upstairs features a spacious master suite and small apartment with kitchenette. The Macaw Room is a huge master bedroom with a private, large covered patio with incredible views as well as a large bathroom en suite. The bathroom features separate shower and soaking tub as well as dual sink vanity area. The Master also includes a large walk-in closet as well as a 44" smart TV and sitting area. The Toucan apartment suite offers 2 Twin beds which can also be made into a King bed as well as a Queen size murphy bed and private sitting area. This space has a private bathroom as well as a small kitchen space which can be utilized by guests as needed.
The Monkey Room is the 5th bedroom and is a detached room at garden level which is accessed off the lower patio via an outdoor spiral staircase. This space is not ideal for those who are uncomfortable walking up and down stairs, or anyone who is not comfortable being somewhat separated from the main living area. This large room offers 2 Queen beds and a private bathroom en suite and large closet. Ocean and jungle view from the huge windows allows for a tropical feel.
Huge patio space with a heated pool (not a jacuzzi) overlooking the Pacific. Guests may park in the 2 car garage, with an additional outdoor parking space for one more vehicle.
The house is equipped with a brand new Starlink High Speed (200+ MBPS) Wifi throughout to keep all of the guests connected. The living room TV system features a 75 inch SMART TV, and an Apple TV box - both connected to a VPN network in the USA so that you can log into your apps and watch live TV, sports, movies, and more!
Please note that the front entry and driveway area as well as the back patio and pool area are each equipped with RING security cameras.
Also note that this house is on many levels, and there are numerous steps throughout the house and outside to the pool, lower patio, and to the dettached 5th bedroom.

This place was absolutely stunning with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. There was plenty of room for our group of 6 to move around and sleep comfortably. We do recommend renting a vehicle to get around as they do not lie about how steep the hill to the house is. Alex served us well and made sure all of our needs were met! Marlon, our Zindis pickup from the airport booked through the management company was friendly and on time both ways. We would stay here again!

Our recent stay at Villa Paradiso Del Mar in Playa Hermosa was truly exceptional! The villa itself features a beautifully laid-out and authentically designed Costa Rican interior, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Each bedroom was very spacious, and the villa was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a generous supply of beach towels that we especially enjoyed.Outside, the pool, while modest in size, offered spectacular views and overlooked a large outdoor patio. This area was perfect for hanging out with nature and enjoying meals. The location was perfect and close to several beaches, activities, and local restaurants. Our favorite was Roberto's, which allowed us to use the beach while we dined, a feature several other restaurants also offered.The management team at Zindis was incredibly attentive, consistently checked in with us, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. When we encountered an issue with the pool’s solar system, they addressed it immediately. The house guest book was also very helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities.As avid cooks, our only small note for improvement is that the glassware and cooking need updating, but otherwise, we would not hesitate to return!

We love everything about the house. The amount of space, location, the view is even better in person. If we were in the area again we would love to stay here again.
