About this house rental
Bring your whole family and friends to our hidden spot near Liberia's downtown. We have poured our love into this space to create a restful and convenient refuge that will allow you to recharge and relax as you explore the many great locations this area offers.
Our 300m2 home is equipped to support many modern conveniences while preserving the nature and greenery that surrounds us. Come enjoy our 6000m2 nature retreat, with an outdoor pool, large gathering spaces, and a convenient location.
This recently remodeled cabin-style construction is nested in an ample space where you will have private parking for as many as 10 cars.
The property is entirely private and fully gated, you will be the only one taking full advantage of our large pool and lounging area, outdoor BBQ, and natural beauty with large mature trees providing great shade.
The main house has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 17 people), 3 full bathrooms attached (1 more by the pool), a great living space with an open floor concept that merges with a great kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen to share great meals.
Guests of our property can access all areas, with very few exceptions, we have a small warehouse for tools and maintenance equipment that guests aren't allowed in for their own safety, and mechanical, electrical, and water pump rooms remain locked from guests
In the area of Guanacaste, water service interruptions are common, we have installed water tanks that will keep you fully going during your stay with no interruptions.

Had a great stay with my family and young grand kids. Place is great, monkeys in trees, beautiful grounds, you can tell the owners have gone out of there way to make staying here an absolute pleasure. Great location for activities, groceries and food. Air conditioned rooms, kitchen with everything you would need and great outdoor space. Definitely would stay again.

Super comfortable accommodations. Owner communicated everything we needed promptly. The only reason we had any issue was due to the VRBO app not being easy to navigate when looking for info. I recommend chatting with the owner before hand in order to get directions ahead of time. The app won't let you copy and past links sadly. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. Easy to get to the excursions we had planned as well as restaurants and grocery stores. It felt secluded even though we were close to a main road. Pool, kitchen, outdoor grill all clean and well maintained. We'd look to book here again.

The house was very clean and spacious. It looks just like the pictures! I was traveling with my 78 year old mother, and my adult children along with the first grandchild. We had a total of 11 adults plus the infant. My mother uses a wheelchair and was very impressed with how easily she was able to move around. All of the doorways are wheelchair accessible. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool was maintained daily. We got to experience the natural wildlife, being woke by the sounds of the howling monkeys that lived in the trees around the house and saw many iguanas. The caretaker Noy who also lives on the property at the end of the driveway was amazing! She never disturbed us but promptly answered any questions we had, my mother enjoyed talking with her. We definitely would come back again and recommend this place!
