About this house rental
Spacious five-bedroom home, each with en suite bathroom, designed for comfort and style. Expansive glass doors fill the interiors with natural light and connect to inviting common areas. Common areas in the house are large and fully equipped. Nice and comfortable living room sofa with TV, the kitchen has all the necessary implements and amenities to cook and entertain all guests. Winery, Samsung wifi touchscreen French doors refrigerator, Built in oven and microwave, electric stove, large kitchen island. Indoors dining table.
The outdoors is great!!!! Salt water pool with shallow area for smaller kids and a deep area for adults, lounge beds and open terrace with outdoors dining, BBQ with kitchenette and outdoors sitting space.
Beautiful, open and shaded garden with a volleyball sand court. Property has native trees that provide shade to the house and invite monkeys and nature all around it. Filtered drinking water throughout the house, equipped laundry with washer and dryer, 2 car open garage with extra parking spaces. This house is an amazing rental option with exclusive amenities.

We loved our stay here. The house was great, pool was awesome. No complaints, highly recommended. Huge shoutout to the concierge Joustine. He made the trip for us. Very responsive and great to work with.

We were a group of 5 guys wanting a getaway from our busy lives. And that's exactly what we got. With the help of the concierge, Joustinne, we were able to book a private chef to cook the majority of our meals in-house as well as a white water rafting excursion. But truly the best part of our trip was just hanging out in the house, which has the best layout for a group chill. We will definitely be back. Pura vida!

The house was not cleaned properly by any means: clothes left in closet, beer bottles scattered in the yard, broken pool noodle left floating in pool, and stained bedding. After leaving the AC unit on in master bedroom for at least 20 minutes, it started leaking down the wall and all over the floor- you can see very visible water damage marks on a few of the bedroom walls from this exact same thing. It’s 90 degrees every day, so you would like to be able to get some air circulation in a bedroom without dealing with a leak after 20 minutes. The house is equipped with a security alarm (which is great), however, on the first night one of my guests flight was very delayed and they did not arrive until around 2am. The alarm went off and woke everyone up. The host provided us ahead of time with the security code so we could disarm it, but it prompted us to ask what time the alarm was set for so we could be aware, as we were coming back late/leaving very early on some days, and did not want to set it off. We never received an answer to this question- and the alarm proceeded to go off 2 more times during the night while we were sleeping- waking everyone up again. There were not enough cleaning supplies- paper towel, trash bags, vacuum, disinfecting wipes, etc. We had a large group of 14 people staying at the house, so naturally, we had a lot of trash- and it would have been nice to know where to put full trash bags, but also have enough trash bags to begin with.
