Pelsham Farm Bungalow

Located in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, near historic Rye and next door to Tillingham Wines, Pelsham Farm Bungalow is a luxurious and peaceful countryside retreat for two, with far-reaching views over rolling farm fields.

Designed for slow, comfortable stays, the bungalow combines calm modern interiors with thoughtful details throughout. The open-plan living space has bi-fold doors opening directly onto the countryside, a cosy fireplace for colder evenings, comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxed dining area. It is the perfect place to switch off after a walk, a day at the beach, or dinner at one of the excellent local restaurants.

The bedroom is designed for a particularly restful night’s sleep, with a Super King ViSpring bed, White Company Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows, and Bedfolk bed linen. A ceiling fan has also been added for extra comfort during warmer nights.

The bathroom has a beautiful freestanding bath and a walk-in shower, making the bungalow ideal for a romantic break or a restorative weekend away.

Outside, guests can enjoy the peaceful rural setting, open views and direct access to the fresh Sussex air. The spa hot tub is available for guests to enjoy, offering a wonderful place to relax after exploring the surrounding countryside, visiting Tillingham, or spending the day at nearby Camber Sands.

Set amidst a picturesque farm, the bungalow is well placed for countryside walks, vineyard visits, historic Rye, local pubs, restaurants and the coast. It is a quiet, stylish and comfortable base for a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful parts of East Sussex.
