The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, both with a small table that’s perfect as a vanity or desk. In the master bedroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensure comfortable temperatures, while a wall fan in the second bedroom provides a refreshing breeze.
The modern shower room with a convenient radiant heater makes even cooler days pleasant. The open-concept living and dining area with an integrated kitchen invites you to linger—whether for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Right in front of it: a covered terrace with a table and four chairs—perfect for relaxing moments with a view of the greenery and the pool area with its beautiful palm trees.
There’s a secure spot for your car (or bicycles) on the gated property. Street parking is also available.
The location? Simply top-notch: quiet, yet central. In just a few minutes, you’ll be at the beach, the harbor, the old town, or the castle. An Aldi and various restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The city center with the harbor is only a 5-minute drive away.
