The property enjoys Quiet time from 9pm overnight, so please refrain from using communal areas outside these times, and traffic to and from the unit after this time must be quiet and orderly.

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
