Great location, lovely and spacious.

Stay was lovely. Just to bear in mind for travelling/ holiday that the pool doesnt catch any sun and isnt/ wasnt heated for our stay. Not something that can be changed but to bear in mind when booking- as paying a premium to have a pool.

Nice comfy large apartment with everything you needed. Great to have a washing machine and an outside area to hang clothes to dry in the fresh air.

The instructions on how to find the parking garage were very confusing, they said the driveway was after The waldorf when in fact it is before. No instructions on how to access the swimming pool, or the fact that you could enter the property from a side gate near the garage. Clearer accurate instructions need to be provided. Also the fact that you have to pay a bond was never mentioned until a link was provided just before check in ( booking.com say never to pay monies via links not from them). This left us feeling hijacked as no bond- no details on how to get keys.

The apartment is clean and beautifully furnished, lots of space. Great location, walking distance to the city centre, shops, attractions, public transport etc. Driving wise, easy and quick access to freeways, but set back away from traffic noise. Fully stocked kitchen with little extras like a bunch of spices.

Communication in general was difficult. Trying to fix a minor error with booking details took 3 days and numerous emails. Informed booking deposit would be refunded on day of check-in; it had not been actioned more than a week after. Instructions could be clearer regarding location of parking. On arrival the apartment had a very strong, unpleasant cleaning solution smell, great knowing it was cleaned thoroughly but I had to open all windows/put on the aircons for a few hours to clear the smell. Maybe the cleaning company could use a different cleaning product.
