About this apartment rental

Summary:

Newly restyled, this lovely 1BR apartment is located within a 4-star resort & is suitable whether you are on holiday, a business trip or just taking a break. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities washer & brand new dryer! Living/dining area, large bedroom, separate bathroom & balcony w/seating. TWO TVs. FREE pool & gym access. Jacob's ladder & Kings Park are right next door. Restaurant & deli within the complex or cafes & bottle shop located next door to the village.



The Space:

This is a large one bedroom apartment overlooking the fabulous amenities of the complex (Pool and tennis court). Open plan living area incorporates the fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area adjacent to the private balcony, continue though a door to the large bedroom which also has a work space for those on business and a second TV, built in wardrobes allow you to unpack and you can continue though to your private bathroom and laundry with washing machine and brand new dryer installed Oct 2022.



Guest Access:

Check-in is a breeze with self check-in via a lockbox located on-site near to the apartment. All details and easy access information are sent the day before your arrival.

Direct access to main thoroughfares, and several bus routes available on your door step.



There is NO ONSITE PARKING with this apartment, however you are with in walking distance of everything Perth has to offer with the FREE CAT City Transit system at your door step.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled next to the Swan River and at the foot of Kings Park, there is a restaurant and deli located within the complex. Alternatively there is a restaurant and bottle shop located at the apartment building next door to the village. The area also offers:

- Enjoy the many walking or cycling tracks around the River

- Visit Kings Park and the Botanical Gardens

- Take the Ferry to South Perth and visit the Perth Zoo

- Take the CAT bus to the Bell Tower which houses the bells from St Martin's in the Fields

- Visit Museums and Art Galleries in the City Centre

- Shop till you drop at the many wonderful boutiques and stores in the City, King Street and Harbour Town

- 10 minute walk to the iconic Swan Brewery to watch the activity on the river while you enjoy something to eat or drink

- 20 minute drive to Fremantle, take the ferry to Rottnest Island

- 30 minute drive to the Swan Valley Wineries, or take a scenic river cruise

I chose this apartment for its location - I could walk to the centre of the city in 10 mins. Staying for 3 weeks I also wanted to be able to cook and do washing. A home away from home. When the electronic key pass stopped working, a new one was delivered in 30mins. Highly responsive service. Thank you! :)
