Clean, comfortable. The place is spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with a number of pots and pans and cooking essentials (even a rice cooker which we didn’t use). They were stocked with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar for us to cook simple meals. Location-wise, this is a very nice area overlooking a small lake and it was a short 20 min to Perth CBD area but it was convenient to park when we rented a car.
They only provided a very small set of toiletries so if you have a bigger group or staying more than 3 days, you should bring your own.

The bed was nicely folded👍
The key box was jammed.And we had to pull it to get it open.
