This lovely holiday home with soft blue accents, featuring 4 bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, a pétanque court, and ocean views, is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy light, carefree moments with family or friends.

Guided tour of this beautiful 140 m² all-wood villa accommodating up to 8 guests:

On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen offering ocean views, a pantry that also serves as a laundry room, and a superb azure-toned living room where both children and adults can gather to enjoy a good movie or a fun board game (games are provided).

Extending from this living area, the villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 160×200 cm bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and hanging space, direct access to the pool

Bedroom 2: 160×200 cm bed, fan, hanging space, access to the side garden

Bedroom 3: 180×200 cm bed or two separate 90×200 cm beds (depending on preferred configuration), fan, hanging space

A bathroom with double vanity and a separate toilet complete this level.

Upstairs, let yourself be charmed by the master suite, a true cocoon with sea views! Air-conditioned for optimal comfort, it features a king-size bed (180×200 cm), a TV for relaxing evenings, a large walk-in closet, and a shower room with toilet.

Outdoors, enjoy a tropical, Creole-inspired atmosphere for relaxation and social moments! At Kaz A Bonèr, you’ll spend most of your time in this magnificent covered area with a furnished veranda: a large lounge perfect for aperitifs, a pleasant dining area suitable year-round, a private heated swimming pool (heated from May to October), and a spacious wooden terrace facing the ocean, complete with sun loungers.

The pool is secured by a removable barrier separating the pool area from the veranda.

You can even go flower and lime picking in the small garden below the villa.

Kaz A Bonèr is located in a quiet neighborhood in the commune of Saint-Leu, midway between Piton-Saint-Leu (5 minutes) and Les Avirons (7 minutes).
