About this villa rental
Come put your bags in the authentic Creole village of Piton Saint Leu. 250m above sea level, 5 minutes from the center which serves all destinations of the island. (Tamarins road)
You are here at home: atypical villa, planted central patio with jacuzzi and outdoor shower, 4 air-conditioned rooms including 2 communicating, 3 bathrooms, heated pool.
ATTENTION: Not suitable for evenings or family gatherings, even during holidays: respect the number of 8/9 people maximum.
Villa close to all amenities (Casino, shopping mall LECLERC, Quick, bakery, post office, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, organic supermarket, Picard ...), and all the attractions that offer Saint Leu and Etang Sale (riding, paragliding , turtle museum, golf, water slides ...) Located in the high 10 minutes drive from Saint Leu.
Allotment quiet garden.
The villa is planned for 8 people maximum: 6 adults + 2 or 3 children is the ideal configuration. Cot available on request. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with cupboards.
Bedroom 1: master suite renovated in 2012, 160 teak bed, bathroom shower, bath, 2 basins, separate toilet, dressing. CLIM.
Bedroom 2: bed 140 teak bathroom shower, basin and toilet. Renovated in December 2016. CLIM
Bedroom 3: double bed, en-suite bathroom between bedrooms 3 and 4 (curtain), 2 sinks, large shower, separate toilet. Renovated in December 2016. CLIM.
Bedroom 4: a 140 bed topped with a bunk bed 90. Communicating bathroom (curtain). CLIM. Ideal for teenagers.
Large living / dining room (50 m2), with polished concrete and wood and aluminum structure, ceiling 7m, open on one side of the veranda and the other on the patio, very bright, well ventilated but also conditioning with open and fully equipped kitchen. (dishes, dishwashers, food processors, 2 coffeemakers: one with filter and a nespresso, cooking piano with convection oven, microwaves ...) Renovated in December 2016.
Utility room with washing machine Samsung Eco Bubble, fridge + extra freezer storage space.
Large veranda (terrace) wood of 50 m2, the colors of the holiday, ocean views and sunsets, dining area and lounge area, Weber grill, griddle to prepare delicious meals.
Patio with trees inside, with large Jacuzzi from which you see the sea. Privacy assured, no vis-à-vis.
Pool (lap pool of 12m50) private salt and heated to 29 °, wooden deck, lounge chairs, wooden pergola to relax or have a drink.

Access to jog or walk in the right sugarcane trails behind the house.
Large library with books and comics available, broadband internet wifi, flat screen TV connected, Orange channels, subscription Netflix to see series, movies, cartoons. Connection music in airplay or wired.

Possibility to hire Josée, our nénenne, to take care of the household during your stay (12 euros per hour).
Another house rental is located below, visually isolated and separate entrance. The owners sometimes housed there. The pool access is private and only for tenants of the large villa.

Nous étions quatre adultes et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Elle est très bien équipée, l agencement a beaucoup de goût.
Pascaline est toujours attentionnée pour rendre le séjour encore meilleur.
Je ne vois ce qui pourrait manquer dans la villa. L environnement est calme et la vue est très belle.

Le logement offre de beaux volumes - Il a été bien pensé et est bien équipé - La suite parentale avec vue sur l'océan est agréable- La grande varangue avec son salon, sa table et son barbecue ainsi que son petit chauffage est très fonctionnelle - La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont un plus en cette période d'hiver austral pendant laquelle nous y avons séjourné - Nous recommandons cette location

Cette habitation permet de profiter pleinement de cette magnifique île.
Idéalement située, au cœur de divers sites remarquables, elle est parfaite pour profiter d’un séjour en famille avec de jeunes enfants.
On ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer ni de la piscine pour agrémenter les chaudes journées.
Enfin, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, accueillants et disponibles.
N’hésitez pas et bon voyage!
