In a peaceful area, only 300 m from the beach and 500 m from all the shops of Saint Leu, the villa "Ti Coin de Paradis" invites you to a memorable stay in its lush garden adorned with palm trees and offering a view of the sea.
Recommended by many holidaymakers for the past 15 years, this villa is a true haven of peace. On one level, the villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (5 bedrooms with 160 cm beds). The open-plan kitchen opens onto an indoor living room and a covered terrace of 60 m², equipped with a dining table, a lounge area, a ping-pong table, and a hammock.
You will also find 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a large dressing room, a laundry area, as well as an 8 x 4 m heated swimming pool, surrounded by 90 m² of duckboards, a Zen kiosk and a complete outdoor kitchen with plancha, barbecue and gas fire. The villa offers all the necessary comforts: quality bedding, flat screen, satellite channels, DVD player, Wifi, darts, table tennis, barbecue, plancha and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...).
Linen is included (sheets, towels, towels, tablecloths). The villa is secure and has 3 parking spaces outside, just in front. Saint Leu is a charming little town, known for its "Péï" port, its beautiful lagoon and its secure beaches rich in fauna and flora. Only 5 minutes from the tamarind road, it benefits from a sunny climate, climbing sites, the diversity of Reunionese cultures, as well as paragliding, scuba diving, a turtle farm and a sugar cane museum.
