We welcome you to our beautiful villa with its exceptional view of the ocean.
It has all the ingredients for a perfect stay: 4 bedrooms, a salt pool, a jacuzzi, a tropical garden, 2 outdoor sofa areas, the plancha and the view!
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it will please you for its calm, the proximity of all amenities, and the ease of parking.

# Both in the center of Les Avirons (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fairground market... on foot) and at the end of a cul-de-sac (extremely quiet).
# From the sea to the mountains: in 5' at the salt pond lagoon les bains, calm and protected sea on one side and outside surf spot for beginners and advanced.
In 12' you climb to 1000m altitude at the Tévelave with hiking departures for the great Bénard (3000m), workers' trails, viewpoint on the Makes, but also forest road suitable for vehicles to Maïdo!
# All the lagoons at your fingertips: in 20' you will dive in the lagoon of St Pierre or St Leu, in 30' in that of St Gilles.
You are therefore in a strategic place to discover the west coast, the wild south or return inland to Cilaos, the Makes or the Volcano.
#parking 2 car spaces in the property (see 3 if small) and plenty of free parking spaces on the street.
Other remarks
You will have access to our entire house, so we are happy to share our living space, our books, games etc.
