Ideally located 3 km from the city center — 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes by bus, or 30–35 minutes on foot — close to the faculties, including Schuman, Montperrin, Aix-Marseille University, schools, and business areas.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and dining table.

Located on the second floor with elevator access, in a secure gated residence. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with unassigned parking spaces located along the perimeter wall of the residence.
