A fully independent apartment belonging to the villa owners, located in a quiet, shaded setting (with centuries-old oak trees). It features a patio and a private garden. The apartment consists of a large living room illuminated by a large bay window and a kitchen open to the living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV, and a wide selection of books on the area. The bedroom features a double bed (160 wide). Shower with showerhead, sink, hair dryer, and plenty of storage space. Separate restrooms.
The private garden offers an oasis of tranquility with greenery and a view of the kitchen garden.
The pool (5x10m) is shared with us, the owners; we rarely swim there out of respect for your privacy, and there are no time restrictions.
The pool area is shaded by ancient oak trees; the beaches are sunny and feature comfortable lounge chairs.
Located 4 km north of the city center is the Les Platanes farmhouse. A bus runs every 30 minutes to the city center. From the house, you can take lovely walks in the Aix countryside. Shops are within walking distance (bakery, newsstand, and restaurant). A private pool is available for shared use with the owners. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
The picturesque villages of the Luberon are easily accessible, and the sea is not far away. For children, there’s tree climbing in Aix, a lovely zoo 20 kilometers away, and an amusement park 20 kilometers away. You can also stay in the garden and relax in the shade of the oak trees.
