Welcome to your personal luxury getaway at the Alva luxury vacation rental in DECK9 am Haff on Usedom. Completed in 2025, this vacation rental offers 145 m² of living space and is located in DECK9 am Haff.
This modern building complex, featuring four vacation apartments, enjoys a stunning south-facing location on the cliffs of the Szczecin Lagoon. Well-maintained outdoor areas and natural landscapes surround the complex’s own lagoon gorge, offering a breathtaking, private view of the water.
The barrier-free and sun-drenched 4-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor. An elevator is available that serves every floor. This luxurious apartment offers ample space for up to six people and one to two toddlers up to age 2 (in a crib) to enjoy a unique vacation on the sunny island of Usedom, characterized by spaciousness and complete privacy.
The modernly furnished apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional guest restroom, a living-dining area with an open kitchen, and a furnished sun terrace. The living space is complemented by a shared recreational area in the basement featuring a sauna, whirlpool, bar, children’s play area, and fitness room.
All rooms can be darkened with floor-to-ceiling curtains. Additionally, all windows are equipped with insect screens. Upon request, we will provide a high chair and a portable crib free of charge.
Bedroom All three bedrooms feature a high-quality box spring bed (200 x 200 in the master bedroom, 180 x 200 cm in the other bedrooms), built-in closets, and a Smart TV. The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom, featuring a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub, completes the comfortable experience. An added bonus in the master bedroom: a sea view of the Szczecin Lagoon and direct access to the terrace. The second, fully equipped bathroom also features a walk-in shower.
Kitchen & Living/Dining Area
The kitchen (manufacturer: elementa), featuring a large, freestanding cooking island and elegant high-gloss cabinet fronts made from sustainable materials, is equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances. These include: a fridge-freezer combo, an induction cooktop with a Bora exhaust system, an oven, and a microwave. China, cookware, and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided for your use. Household items such as a vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop are stored in the wall cabinet in the entryway.
The open-concept living-dining area exudes a genuine loft-style charm thanks to its skillful blend of elegance and industrial design. The gas fireplace, visible from all sides, further enhances this atmosphere. It’s very easy to operate with a remote control and ensures cozy moments, especially during the fall and winter months.
Terrace
Look forward to your private ocean view of the Szczecin Lagoon from the 28 m² covered terrace, which will quickly become your favorite spot. A patio heater and a discreet side awning create that classic island beach chair vibe. A large dining table with six chairs is perfect for shared meals, while the cozy seating area—featuring two adjustable recliners with footstools and a side table—offers the ideal spots for relaxing. Sunbathers can make themselves comfortable on the two cozy sun loungers and enjoy long sunbathing sessions. The outdoor areas of the four apartments are spaced far enough apart that an occupied neighboring apartment does not compromise your privacy in any way.
Wellness & Leisure
The wellness and leisure facilities—including a sauna, relaxation room, hot tub, fitness room, children’s play area, and common room—are located in the building’s basement and are available free of charge to all guests. In addition, a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing facilities, are available in the laundry room.
Cars & Bicycles
A free parking space is reserved for you under the carport, with another one in front of the carport. Additional parking is available across from the gate entrance, outside the property, in the immediate vicinity.
A wallbox (for a fee) is available for charging electric cars.
If you bring your own bicycles, you can store them securely in the lockable bike room, which is accessible only to you. A power outlet for e-bikes is also available there.
