On the first floor of the house, you’ll find the spacious living area with a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. On the adjoining south-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair and patio furniture, you can relax comfortably well into the evening hours. This floor also features a new, very well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cozy reading nook, and a guest restroom. Upstairs, the three bedrooms—each with high-quality box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m with a flat-screen TV and one measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m)—offer a spacious sleeping area, complemented by a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a small bathtub.
In the basement, in addition to another bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV, there is a bathroom with two sinks, a shower, and an additional bathtub. The sauna area, with its cozy relaxation zone, is a sure way to unwind and can also be used as a second living room (with TV). You can also access the small garden from here.
