Surrounded by well-maintained outdoor areas, natural meadows, and the property’s own lagoon gorge with breathtaking views of the water, you’ll experience pure relaxation here amidst one of the most beautiful natural settings on the island of Usedom.

This barrier-free, light-filled 4-room apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people, as well as one or two toddlers (up to 2 years old in a crib). All floors of the building are easily accessible via an elevator.
Three stylishly furnished bedrooms, two high-quality bathrooms, an additional guest restroom, and an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped designer kitchen and access to the spacious sun terrace leave nothing to be desired. The communal area in the basement, featuring a sauna, whirlpool, bar, fitness room, and children’s play area, ensures special moments of relaxation.
All rooms are equipped with insect screens and floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains. High chairs and travel cribs are available free of charge upon request.

A second, equally well-appointed bathroom with a floor-level shower is available to all guests.
