111 m² large idyllic Non smoking house (semi-detached) in the small dreamy fishing village Kamminke on Usedom with 5 minutes walk to the beach with harbor and fish restaurants on the Szczecin Lagoon. Quiet location. In every season a great resort. In the morning you are awakened by chickens and gulls. Before the house unspoilt meadow overlooking Mill. The imperial baths and many attractions of Usedom can be reached by leading past the house "Feininger Cycle Route" in about 30 minutes.
