This modern yet cozy 3-room apartment offers ample space across approximately 62 m² for up to 4 people plus a baby up to 3 years old—ideal for families or couples. Two beautiful terraces facing north and west, complete with a garden area, invite you to start the day with breakfast outdoors or wind it down with a glass of wine.
The combination of comfortable amenities, a quiet location, and close proximity to the Baltic Sea makes this accommodation the perfect base for a relaxing vacation between Warnemünde and Heiligendamm.
We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bed linens for €20.00 per person, towels for €10.00 per person, or as a linen package for €25.00 per person.

2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit, if applicable), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.
