We took a family trip to nienhagen and it went well. We had an great appartement with a modern kitchen. But it was upsetting, for the reason that there wasnt an abillity to connect with the wifi.
All in all if you havnt a problem with no wifi you can have a great weekend near to Rostock or Warnemünde with this appartment.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genosse. Der Kontakt war sehr nett, unkompliziert und verfügbar. Das Apartement war einfach perfekt für unsere Reise. Es ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank, daß sie uns für eine Nacht beherbergt haben.

Das Haus ist schön - große Flure, Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung an sich ist ebenfalls schön, aber die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig - eklige Flecken auf Schlafsofa im kleinen Zimmer, Schränke in 2 Zimmern nicht zum Aufbewahren der Kleidung geeignet, da mit Bettzeug vollgestopft, Bettzeug teilweise verschmutzt, Vorhang im kleinen Schlafzimmer hat Flecken, Kochfeld verkrustet.
Defekte Ausstattung: Kaffeemaschine läuft nicht wirklich durch und leckt, Balkonlicht funktioniert nicht, Licht am Badspiegel funktioniert nicht, Duschkabinentüraufhängung kaputt. 2 Schlafzimmer haben kein Nachtschrank oder Hocker und keine Nachtlichter.
Hausmeister sehr nett, wenn er auch für die Reinigung zuständig sein sollte, dann Daumen runter.
Wir haben uns die Laune zwar nicht vermiesen lassen, können die Wohnung aber auch nicht unbedingt empfehlen.
