About this house rental
The house is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen between Heiligendamm and Warnemünde, directly on the Baltic Sea and on the Baltic Sea Cycle Path. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large garden.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a large living and dining area with TV and fireplace. In addition, a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with a single bed and a double bed in a cozy corner under a slope and a second large bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Underfloor heating, wall radiators and a fireplace ensure cozy warmth even in the colder seasons.
A parking space and a terrace with garden furniture and grill are available.
Pets and smoking are expressly not allowed in the house!

Ruhig gelegenes tolles Ferienhaus.Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet ,was man benötigt,sogar mit Waschmaschine
und Trockner.Von dort zur Küste keine 200m.Sehr gut geeignet für Spaziergänge und Fahrradtouren.Wir haben
uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Alles wie beschrieben. Das Häuschen ist gut erreichbar und hat einen guten Zugang zum Strand. Es eignet sich nur bedingt für einen Badeurlaub, da der Strand einer felsige Steilküste liegt. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir zum Angeln dort waren.
Der Hauswart hat uns etwas früh augescheucht bei der Abfahrt, aber auch das war kein echtes Ärgernis.
