Tucked away on a quiet dead-end street and just minutes from Uptown and Charlotte Douglas Airport, this stylish tiny house is perfect for travelers who want comfort, privacy, and quick city access.

Inside, you’ll find:

• A comfy queen-size bed with a large walk-in closet
• A full bathroom with a dreamy soaking tub
• A living area featuring a 43” smart TV and a sofa that converts into a full-size bed

Whip up meals in the well stocked eat-in kitchen, equipped with:

The tiny home sits privately behind the main front house, with your own entrance and no shared indoor or outdoor spaces.

Due to the home’s location in a wooded area and the warm local climate, you may occasionally see insects on the property. We have regular, professional pest control service to minimize and prevent issues, but sightings may occasionally occur.


• This property is NOT pet friendly. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.
• Parking for tiny house guest is allowed on the gravel parking space in front of the picket fence or on the street. The driveway is for use of the front main house tenants. Do not park on lawn. .

**After using the firepit you must fully extinguish the fire with the water hose provided.

NO smoking or vaping inside the house. Clean up any smoking debris from the front porch, yard, or parking area. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Addition fees will be added for any smoke related damages.

Guest access
The tiny home is located in the behind the main house. Only guests of the tiny house have access to the tiny house and the fenced backyard—main house guest do not share these spaces.

No parties or events allowed.

Only registered guests are allowed at the property at any time

Please be respectful of the guest in the front main house and avoid disturbing them during your stay.
