The Neighborhood
Located in Enderly Park, a historic neighborhood currently going through a gentrification process, the area is home to a mix of longtime residents, young families, and new development.
It’s a safe and residential part of town, but like anywhere in Charlotte, we recommend using rideshare or driving after dark. During the day, enjoy access to the Stewart Creek Greenway, Wesley Heights, and nearby parks and trails—great for walking, biking, or a quick run. You can even use the pickleball paddles and balls provided in the home at nearby courts for some local recreation.
We’ve lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and are just 5 minutes away, so if you need anything during your stay or want a restaurant or coffee shop recommendation, we’re happy to help. We love this community—and we think you will too.
Other Things to Note:
We require the guest that booked to sign our agreement agreeing to our house rules.
