About this house rental
Easy access to everything from this centrally located home in quaint Historic Camp Greene, right off I-77. Minutes from Uptown surrounded by restaurants, sports arenas, art districts, and all the best foodie spots. After doing some extensive travel around the globe, we created a home for you to kick back and relax on your Charlotte Escape. An ideal location to experience the best things Charlotte has to offer.
The Space
Our three-bedroom two bath home is furnished with a King Suite, two queen bedrooms, a sofa bed. All suited with brand new mattresses and cooling or down pillows, 8 people can sleep comfortably here. Guests will be provided with clean sheets, and towels for their stay, along with smart TVs in the bedrooms and two living areas for your entertainment and convenience.
It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Charlotte! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, essential cookware, a coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker, and an additional coffee pot. There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available inside the home for your convenience.
Anything in the home is yours to use, so make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku & Amazon-friendly TVs with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11 am checkout.
No parties, loud music, or gatherings. Noise disturbances, smoking (vaping included), and drug use are not prohibited on this property. Unregistered guests are not permitted in the home. There is an $850 fine if you violate this policy. We will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Parking is permitted in the driveway and on the street. No parking on the grass. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to being a good neighbor.
All BKS stays are contactless self-check-ins. We are also available via text and have a local team should you need anything.

I enjoyed my stay but at the end of my stay i set out to call my uber at 10:45 and i was rushing to do all their check out rules so i didn’t notice the time going by so it’s so close to check out and i’m checking to see where my uber is. it got canceled so i quickly call another. i am so stressed. i don’t know why my first thought wasn’t to contact them on the lateness. This is totally my fault but things do happen and i didn’t know it was gonna take 5 cancelled Uber’s to finally get out. I kno they have other guest and a cleaning team and I’m sorry. Their communication was good but things happen.
