The detached bungalow is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex. The residence is also popular due to its waterfront location. The following are available for use: children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. An on-site check-out fee (from €50.00) will be charged in the event of delays in key handover, insufficient cleaning, or missing or damaged equipment.

Your bungalow consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 20 sqm and can accommodate up to 9 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your bungalow can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 4 single beds, dinette, TV and the 4 beds are located on an open mezzanine floor connected to the living room by a staircase. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer) and A microwave is available on request on site. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your bungalow is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.


Holiday resort
Reception, 1 restaurant, supermarket and launderette. The minimarket is located in the Radaelli battery and offers everything you need to enjoy your holiday in the holiday village with flavour and well-being.

Regional fruit and vegetables directly from local farms, fresh bread daily, cold cuts and cheeses, as well as delicious pastries for your breakfast in your accommodation, with consideration also given to special diets such as gluten-free and lactose-free.

The Bellavista dining room is a bright and spacious environment where you can enjoy dishes prepared with authentic ingredients, taking into account not only special diets, but also the food intolerances and preferences of our guests.

In the Bellavista dining room you can book full board and enjoy our dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The dining room is open from 07:00–09:00, 12:30–14:00 and 19:30 to 21:00. The Al Timone snack bar is open from 07:30 to 23:00.
