Extra charge for sheets and towels - be aware

The apartment was properly heated.

Extra charge for bed sheets hidden at the very end of description in between the text. Very unfair. Bedrooms are small, one really tiny, hard to imagine 2 people there. No amenities provided, no shower gel, no salt or bit of oil. And obviously you have to make up the bed as the sheets are given in reception. Some parts of the apartment show tears of time.

It’s in a nice and calm area, you can relax. The apartment is nice and clean, look better in live than on the pictures. As i read the comments earlier i thought it is not really equipped, so we packed everything, but should not, as the kitchen also had everything except the microwave. Beds are comfortable, and the safe parking was close to the apartment.

The wifi. We got a code but the sign was so week that our equipments even dis not see the network.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Alles war genauso, wie man es sich wünscht: das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gab absolut nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte – wirklich alles war in Ordnung und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Prima verblijf voor als je Venetie wil bezoeken!

Het leuke is dat je in een omgeving verblijft met 2 lagen appartementen (kleinschalig) waar grotendeels de Italiaan verblijft. Het is vrij basic allemaal, maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Eigen parkeerplek achter een beveiligd hek (code). Een zwembad op het terrein voor een heerlijke plons na een bezoek aan Venetie. Vanuit hier prima busverbinding naar Punta Sabbioni om vervolgens de Vaporetti naar Venetie te nemen (bij de Bazaar is bushalte en ticketverkoop-contant!) Er was even een miscommunicatie met het ontvangen van de sleutels en het schoonmaken van het appartement, maar de verhuurders hebben dit gelijk naar volle tevredenheid opgelost (schoonmaak en diner aangeboden). Het is een beetje behelpen met de taal, maar ze zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ik zou zeker teruggaan mocht ik hier in de buurt nogmaals een verblijf zoeken. Er is een airco (woonkamergedeelte) en een wasmachine en koelkast/vriezer.

De communicatie, maar als beschreven, dit is later naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. Meer dan van ons had gehoeven.

Obiekt posiada wszystko to, co proponuje na stronie. Miejsce wyjątkowo ciche, nic nie zakłóca wypoczynku. Woda w basenie ciepła, można długo pływać, a co ważne, niewielu gości z basenu korzysta, dlatego nie ma tłumu ;) Blisko do Padwy, Wenecji, blisko sklep sieci Ali, restauracje też. Serdecznie polecam.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, zeer dichtbij Caribe bay, goede airco, gedeeld zwembad, wasmachine en grote koelkast, parkeren achter hek.

Fantastiskt läge och potential. Med små förbättringar skulle det bli perfekt

Vi uppskattade verkligen de tre balkongerna i olika väderstreck, det lugna läget, den enorma poolen, fina cykelvägar och den härliga sandstranden. Boendet har en fantastisk potential och vi blev faktiskt lite förvånade över att det verkar som om man medvetet hållit standarden lägre än nödvändigt. Med några små och billiga förbättringar hade lägenheten enkelt kunnat bli en klockren 10-poängare.

Vi saknade verkligen wifi. År 2025 tycker vi att internetuppkoppling borde vara lika självklart som el och vatten. Även om det framgick i beskrivningen att wifi inte ingick, kändes det ändå som en stor brist i ett annars så fint boende. Under våra fyra dagar hyrde vi roaming från en extern leverantör för drygt 100 euro. Vi rekommenderar verkligen att man installerar bredband i lägenheten. Det skulle höja helhetsupplevelsen ytterligare. Att sängkläderna och handdukarna kostade extra känns också gammaldags och föråldrat.

Il posto merita, siamo stati bene, torneremo sicuramente.

Bell'appartamento con giardino, pulito e fornito del necessario. Bella posizione, posto tranquillo, la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi.

I parcheggi davanti all'appartamento sono stretti, a Giugno non ci ha creato problemi, ma penso che in alta stagione possa essere un problema

Prima appartement voor een korte periode op een net groen afgesloten terrein, eigen parkeerplaats, tuintje zowel voor als achter appartement. Pluspunt is een wasmachine.

Gedateerde inrichting, kookplaat en wasmachine niet tegelijk te gebruiken, dan slaan de stoppen door. Zwembad was niet te gebruiken, terwijl er op booking stond dat het vanaf mei geopend zou zijn. Geen meubilair in de tuin.
