A nice and clean apartment with an instant access to the beach.

Vicinity to the beach - short one-minute walk through the property and there you are on the beach, with a beach bar on it. The apartment was clean. Lots of plates an cutlery and cups. Washing machine included but did not manage to use over one week - for a 2 week stay this may be an advantage. For family with kids this is a one-to-seek property - it has two pools for kids - one for babies, one for thise who can swim and jump. Attached photos are made 20 meters from the property gate.

I would prefer a dishwasher - if you are in such a property where you cook a lot, this can be very handy. Some serious knives would be welcome. Matraces (spring) are very hard - many people may dislike it.

Old family apartment at a very good location

Very good location basically by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Nice setup with two small gardens and terraces, really ideal for spending one week there with kids, we could have our own space. The two pools and the area around them added some extra, they were really well kept!

It appears the last investment made was many years ago, most of the stuff is really old. No carpets, pictures or anything which could make the place welcoming. A lock on the garden door would be really useful for families with small kids.

Very good location close to the beach, beutiful courtyard with trepeš and blooming flowers, nice swimming pool with a surrounding area, airconditioning, free wifi, friendly and profesionál staff, fast check in- check out,

Missing brush, missing cheese grater, missing handle in shower, not working shufle - furniture in parrents room also doors cabinet in kitchen not possible to close it, missing glass for wine (in italy?!), missing bags for garbage, i do not know who was there before done it with purpose but pipe connection in kitchen was leaking- i had correct it...

It was not the best of the property but being close to the beach was good.

The location of the property is nice. It close to the beach and there are some supermarkets and restaurants close by which made it a convenient location.

The keys had to be collected & dropped off from a location which was 7 kms away from the actual property. This actually caused a lot of confusion and discomfort and added to our cost. If we knew this was the process then I would not have chosen the property. We had to wait for more than 15 mins to just get the keys from their reception. The collection & dropping off of the keys should have been done at the property itself. The address of the property was also not accurate. The address provided was around 200 meters away from the actual property

The location seems ok for the summer. We visited in the beginning of October everything around was closed (only one restaurant open). It has a well equipped kitchen, but all cups, plates are dirty. For a short stay cheap accommodation I recommend.

No soap, toilet paper, dish detergent, filters for coffee and because there were no supermarkets/shops open that time of year around this was very inconvenient. Dirty fridge, dirty dishes. Very odd smell inside. We had to wait a lot to get the keys, problems with the gate.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden diese Wohnung bestimmt wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Feriensiedlung, obwohl es viele Leute hatte, war es angenehm ruhig.. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. In Nähe ein sehr gutes Restaurant, la Laterna. Am Pool sehr schön, sehr sauber. Sehr schöne Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer, Grill-Cheminee super.

die Küche ist nicht so gut ausgerüstet, zu wenig Kochgeschirr(Brotbrett,Rüstmesser etc.fehlt) Wie bereits von anderen Personen erwähnt, Schimmel an der Duschwand.

Alles was goed. Grote tuin, dicht bij zwembad (lekker rustig) heel dicht bij het strand. Perfect!

Residenz hat gute Lage direkt am Strand, mit direktem Zugang. Pool war ok. Das Personal bei Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Anrufe für Reklamationen wurden sofort erledigt.

Garten vor dem Haus etwas vernachlässigt. Terrasse für 6 Personen zu klein. Bei Regen Schlamm vor der Terrrase, da das ganze Regenwasser vom Dach einfach auf den Boden geleitet wird.

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka med sol och bad, uppskattade närhet till stranden och fina poolområdet.

Lugnt och trevligt, bästa tänkbara läget nära stranden. Jättefint poolområde, havsutsikt från balkongen, parkering som tillhörde lägenheten. Gångavstånd till mataffärer och några restauranger.

Incheckningen gjordes i en annan del av Jesolo, väldigt osmidigt. Sängarna inte bäddade vid ankomst, bara lakan i platspåsar framlagda. Inga möjligheter att städa, hade önskat att det fanns dammsugare. Dåligt utrustat kök, saknade bla skärbräda och vinglas. Synd att poolen var stängd mellan 1 och 3 varje eftermiddag.

Tutto. Dai giardini ben curati e l'appartamento come nuovo. I pelosetti sono ben accetti. Fronte spiaggia.

Consiglio un bagnino o un custode in piscina perché nonostante i cartelli con il regolamento, purtroppo ci sono persone che non lo rispetta, disturbando gli altri villeggianti.

Für eine Woche bei Sonnenschein

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. In der Nähe vom Strand, Strandbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel und Frühstück waren auch ca 600 m entfernt. Daneben eine Kaffeebar für den Espresso am morgen.

Da die Auto immer breiter werden sind die Parkplätze zu schmal. Vor allem nenn die anderen Auto nicht sauber Parkieren. Bei und lief entweder die Waschmaschine oder der Geschirrspüler nicht.

Gelungener Urlaub mit Top Preisleistungsverhältniss.

Die direkte Strandnähe, der Pool, ruhige Umgebung und die Möglichkeit die liegen am Strand zu mieten oder sich einfach kostenlos in den Sand, mit eigenen Handtüchern, zu legen. Die Ausstattung in der Unterkunft ist völlig ausreichend. Klimaanlage, Save, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Töpfe und Geschirr sind vorhanden. Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, war ein kleiner Backofen.
