Large appartement with good facilities. Parking site adjacent to the building. Not difficult to find both when driving or walking. About 6-7 min walk to the terminals with shipping line to Venice and the area which is extremely convenient.
Many food stores in the vicinity.

Uns hat die Anlage der Ferienwohnung. deren Ausstattung und vor allem die sehr nahe Lage am Punta-Sabbioni-Anleger (ca. 300 m)i sehr gut gefallen. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief einfach und flüssig.
Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, uns in einem separaten Bereich draussen aufzuhalten. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen, das Auto kann in einen Carport gestellt werden und ist inklusive.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten i.S.e. Supermarkts/Discounters (auch Lidl) sind ca. 5 km entfernt, außerdem gibt es einen Supermarkt in der Nähe eines Campingplatzes in ca. 1,5 km Entfernung.
Wir waren 7 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns eine Wochenkarte für den ÖPNV gekauft, so dass wir die Traghetti (Personenfähren), die gleich Stadtbussen fungieren, beliebig oft und in allen Richtungen nutzen konnten (z.B. Piazza San Marco, Murano. Burano).

Die gute Lage zu den Schiffsverbindungen. Eingezäunt , war ideal mit Hund
Bett und Sofa war sehr unbequem.
